Can Chicago Stay on Top?

The Chicago Blackhawks have yet to be defeated this season winning their first six games.  I just wonder if they will stay on top or are they just playing hot and jelling well.  Corey Crawford was just named the second star of the week throughout the whole NHL.  Marian Hossa is tied for second with five goals this season.  Hossa was injured in the playoffs last year when Torres hit him illegally and he looks as if he came back with a vengeance.  One big question mark I thought Chicago would face this season is goaltending but Crawford is putting up a 1.78 GAA and a .933 save percentage.  If Crawford can continue to play at this level I think the Blackhawks will go far into the playoffs.

The way I see it they have no weaknesses and the chemistry is there.  The team is playing well together and they have a lot of depth.  Chicago would have to go through some serious injuries to key players to have it really affect them.  I like the perfect mix of toughness and outright skill they put out on the ice.  They have a young captain who is ready to lead his team to another Stanley Cup.

A look ahead to a week from now Chicago faces of with San Jose another undefeated team.  I consider San Jose very similar to Chicago just with a little more toughness then skill.  I think it would be an awesome game in general, but what if both teams were still undefeated?
